All packages include
2 hours reserved table & play time!!!

Reserved Tables in the LOL Party Station:

  • Party Area Seating -- The LOL Party Stations is an area separate from the main floor and are shared spaces where multiple parties are scheduled and occur simultaneously.  Tables are reserved for 2 hours to accommodate the paid guest, usually the children.  Courtesy seating is available for non-paid guest (up to about 8) and additional seating is not guaranteed.  Feel free to add another hour of reserved table time for an additional $25. Please remember your space and time in the area is limited.
  • Private Party Rooms -- Closed-in party rooms are available for an additional $50 fee.  However, reserving a private party room is on a first come first serve basis.  To guarantee your private party room, reserve early!

The Typical Party:

Prior to the start of your party, you will have an opportunity to review the details and make final revisions to your package and order food, beverages, or tokens for your guests.  You will then be given wristbands or tickets that grant players access to participate in all the attractions and/or rides chosen in your package and your meal time will be confirmed to begin one hour into your scheduled party time.  Special Note:  After your initial food order is taken, additional food or beverage orders must be placed at the concession counter and can be brought back to your party area.

  • You are your own host and have 2 hours for your guests to get through all your selected attractions and/or rides, tokens, and eat.
  • Food will be placed on your reserved table(s) one hour after your party is scheduled to begin.  For example, your party is scheduled for 3 pm and the food will be on your table(s) at 4 pm.  Ensure that your guests return to the table at the scheduled time to ensure that they enjoy the food as it is being delivered.  Food that becomes cold can not be reheated or replaced.
  • Your party will be required to vacate the party table(s) at the end of the reserved time.  Please ensure that your guests also vacate the party area promptly as we will need to clean and setup for the next reserved party.

Minimum Guests:  A minimum number of 10 players is required to reserve a party (including the guest of honor/birthday child).

Maximum number of players: 675

Combining 2 Packages in 1 Party:  If you have varied ages playing, you can choose the same packages for all the players in your party or you can combine up to two packages to customize your party.

Customizing & Add Ons: Laugh Out Loud Stations also offers add-ons, such as pizza, party platters, ice cream cups, beverages, tokens, balloons, as well as colorful table covers and paper products to help make your party festive and a success!!!  Remember to consider the options while reserving your event.

Booking & Reservations:
  • How far in advance do I need to book a party?  Parties are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability. A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your time and date. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 301-982-5555, please note that emails requesting particular dates do not hold your date and time.  Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.

  • Is a deposit REQUIRED for a party? Yes, a $75 deposit is required to make a reservation and $150 for parties with 25 or more guests.  Sorry, no party time is held without a deposit

  • Do I get my deposit back? Your deposit is non-refundable.  Your deposit amount is taken off your total bill at the end of your party.  The balance of your party is due when your party is over.

  • Is my child/guest of honor included in the base party count of 8 players?   Yes, the guest of honor needs to be included in the count.

  • Do I have to pay for adults or kids that are not playing?  Not at all!  You only pay for those that are playing!  You can consider adding on food and beverages to satisfy hungry and thirsty players.  And many parents choose to add food platters (wings, nacho grande, and whole pizzas) to their party package for non-players.

  • I want to Mix & Match Packages?  Can I submit that option online? When booking your reservation choose the party package that fits your guest of honor (usually the birthday child in most situations).  Once you place your reservation online, a LOL Party Planner will contact you to discuss the specifics of your party.  Please make sure you leave a good contact number where you can be  reached.

  • After I book online what happens next?  After you book your party online you will receive a call from an LOL Party Planner to discuss the specifics of your party.

  • When should we arrive for our party? Your invitations should include the party time as 30 minutes before it is actually scheduled.  For example, party is scheduled at LOL Stations at 3 pm, but the invitation should say that the party starts at 2:30 pm.  You should plan to arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled party begins to go over the information we have and order any extra food items, guest list questions, set-up, etc.

  • What if I arrive late for my party? We will do our best to accommodate you and your party; however, our table and room times run on a strict schedule, so your party will still be required to end at the pre-scheduled time or you may be asked to relocate to another place in our facility to continue your party.  We suggest that you inform your guests that the party starts 30 minutes earlier than scheduled to avoid late participants.

  • Does the birthday party include invitations? Invitations are available to download from our website.  We do not print your invitations for you.

  • Does Laugh Out Loud Stations Greenbelt supply party plates, napkins, cups, etc.? Yes, Laugh Out Loud Stations can supply a colorful table cover as well as paper goods, including party plates, napkins, and cups for an additional $4.99 no matter how many tables or in your group.  Generic, non colorful supplies are generally provided.  If you would like themed party goods, you may provide your own and must have them here at LOL Stations at least 60 minutes before your party starts so staff can have your party area set up and on time.

  • Does Laugh Out Loud Stations Greenbelt supply the cake?  You will need to bring your cake and candles.  Ice cream cakes are prohibited as well as other ice cream based or frozen products. However, LOL Stations Greenbelt offers ice cream cups for $1.00 each.

  • Can I bring in my own food for the party?  No outside food or beverage is allowed.  You can add food and beverages to satisfy hungry and thirsty players and we recommend pizza and pitchers.  And for your adult guest, we have party platters and pizzas you can purchase or you can refer them to our Fun Food Concession where we have Pizza, Burgers, Jumbo Franks, Chicken Wings (spicy, mild, and BBQ), Pretzels (plain or salty), Nacho Chips & Cheese, and more!

  • Do I need to bring anything with me? We can provide all of your paper products, forks, and napkins for an additional $4.99 or you can supply your own.  If you are bringing a cake, remember to bring the candles.

  • Do you have goody bags? You are also permitted to bring your own goody bags, but they must be distributed as your guests are leaving and should not be opened while at LOL Stations.  LOL Stations does not supply goody bags.

Confirmation of Party:
  • When do I need to give a final guest count for my birthday party? You must confirm your event at least 3 days prior by completing the Online Confirmation Form  or by calling the Confirmation Line (301-885-2888) and leaving a message indicating the date and time of your party, if you wish to include any of our delicious pizza or food platters (chicken wings, nachos, cheese, etc), indicate the items and quantity, and the number of participants you are expecting. Remember, when confirming the number of participants, you are responsible for the number of guest for which you confirm.  Please be sure to state a number as close as possible to the number you are expecting.  It is easier to add a chair or two to the table then it would be to add an additional table.  We need to prepare in advance, therefore we need as accurate of a count as possible.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?  No, there is no cancellation fee for canceling your party. It is required that we receive 72 hours notice from the time and date of your scheduled party to receive credit (refund policy is located at the bottom of the FAQ).

Billing & Payment:
  • How and when is the balance paid on a birthday party? The deposit is paid the day you book you party.  The remaining balance is paid before your party begins. It may be settled with Cash, Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted.  Gratuities are NOT included in your total cost and can be provided at your discretion to the LOL Party Station staff.

  • When I call 3 days before the party to confirm the head count, is that what I will be billed for?  Yes and no.   The confirmation provided 3 days before the party is the minimum you will be billed for.  The head count can only increase after final confirmation.  Laugh Out Loud Stations understands the unpredictability of RSVPs so if the head count should continue to increase please continue to call us to confirm your new count even up until the day of your party.

  • What forms of payment do you take? Cash, Visa and Mastercard.

  • Do you take checks?  Only from organizations that have reserved a visit with us. Personal checks are not accepted.
