Parties may bring cake or cupcakes or additional table set-up.  Already prepared goody bags are allowed and must be passed out at the end of the event. 

 

NO BALLOONS, PINATAS, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, OR ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE HUNG ON THE CEILING OR THE WALLS.

VIP pack includes entry & seating for 10 adult Spectators. $2 each additional Spectator.  Adults can purchase their own entry upon arrival, but seating is not guaranteed when added the day of the event.

LOL Stations will continue to monitor COVID and reserves the right to modify operations at any time.   This could result in LOL Stations allowing walk-ins into the arena &/or your session being unhosted.  

 

 

To Reserve:  $400 deposit required. Remaining balance due at check-in.  MUST RESERVE AT LEAST 1 WEEK BEFORE DESIRED PARTY DATE.  SLOTS ARE LIMITED.

Confirmation Deadline Dates (CDD): 

3 days before your scheduled event, you must confirm your player count by sending an email to info@lolstations.com

 

This information is used to determine the number of tables assigned to your event. 

 

Cancellation Policy:  All monies & payments made towards any purchase, is non-refundable.  Credit option available only in a State of Emergency or if emailed 72 hours before the day of your event.  Write in the subject "Cancelled Party"  with party ID # included.  Credit can be used towards a future party, but may not be used towards promotional party packs, coupons, or discounts.   Prices and packages subject to change without notice.  Saturdays are our busiest day, plan accordingly.
