  Looking for a fun day out with family & friends or planning the next birthday party/special event...
there's something for everyone in your entourage (toddlers to adults).  Fun & exciting rides, amazing attractions, and delicious food & beverages.  All reserved groups will be guided to each attraction by an LOL Stations Host -- and granted immediate access -- VIP STATUS!!  
Upon re-opening, we will still remain closed to the general public; no walk-ins.  RESERVATIONS ONLY!!
This ensures limited interaction until further notice.  Available time slots will be limited and customers must reserve online at least 24 hours in advance. 
Minimum $75 deposit to reserve.  Remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 3 days before your scheduled event.  Without full payment, the reservation will be cancelled by LOL Stations with no option to reschedule.  Time slots are limited.  For those needing more than (1) VIP Pack, we do not suggest to wait last minute to reserve.  Slots are on a first come, first serve basis.  Must reserve online.
Guest Rules & Reminders
You will want to prepare your guests, in advance, that they will be required to:
  • wear a securely fitting face mask at all times!  Be sure to have on one that won't fall off while playing or riding.  The mask can only be lowered when eating or drinking in the dinning area at your designated table.  No eating or drinking outside of the dinning area.
  • undergo a quick touchless temperature reading.  Those with an elevated temperature will not be allowed to enter. Suggest that adults/parents check temperatures before starting on the way.
  • sanitize hands before and after each attraction OR bring and wear gloves. Suggestion that party moms and dads bring a couple of extra masks and small bottles of sanitizer -- just in case!
  • All attending players and guests MUST follow their hosted group!  No one can remain in the dining area or at the party table without the group. Exceptions can be made for those with limited mobility.
  • Guests can NOT feely walk around the different stations unless accompanied by a host and their group.
  • There will be no repeat or make up play for late arrivals. Because of the social distancing plan and action packed fun, there will be no opportunity to modify the play/party schedule.
  • Rule breakers will be asked to leave or escorted out by mall security.
As we enter cooler weather, call volume increases dramatically. Please read the FAQs for basic reservation information AND to guarantee your preferred slot(s), reserve online early.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Tables are reserved for the entire time of your session (up to 2.5 hours) and includes table set-up. Choose 1 color for your table cover & napkins. Plates are all white, cups are clear, with generic utensils included. We do not provide and can not accommodate themed paper products at this time. Table size is based on #of players CONFIRMED no later than 3 days before your session.  Each table includes bench seating on both sides and accommodates up to 10 players per table:
11-20 CONFIRMED Players = 2 Tables
21-30 CONFIRMED Players = 3 Tables; and so on
Each session includes entry and seating for up to 8 non-players and $2 for each additional Non-player.
There are NO PRIVATE ROOMS.  Multiple reservations are scheduled and occur simultaneously. Should you be interested in adding extra tables to your reservation, requests must be placed no later than 3 days before to guarantee accommodation.  No guarantees day of event.
Can I add on more time to my reservation?  The only way to extend your reservation is to purchase another VIP Pack for the next available time slot.  You will keep the same party table, host will guide guests through attractions again, and additional food/beverages will be provided.
$35.00 Cleaning/Reset Penalty:  Party Parent/Host must be responsible for their guests' seating. When your guests arrive, be clear that they can only sit at your assigned tables. Please do not have or allow your guests to sit at other party tables or place food or any items on tables that are not reserved for your party. Party parent/host will be warned once, but afterwards a $35 cleaning penalty will be automatically assessed to the credit card on file.  To ensure the neatness, cleanliness, and fairness for each party, please act responsibly and do not encroach on your neighbors party.
Special Note:  Feel free to add an extra table ($50).  If your party remains at the table past your scheduled time, your credit card will be automatically charged $50 for the additional time.  So, please begin the process of vacating your table at least 15 minutes prior.
After check-in, enjoy maximum fun as your group and other parties rotate to each of the attractions and rides, eat and celebrate, then depart. 
Please arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in.  During this time, present the credit card and ID used to reserve your party online.  Add-on options are limited during check-in.  After payment, you will be given wristbands to distribute to your players & guests and delivery time for your meal will be established.
Please tell your guests to arrive 30 mins before your reservation start time to ensure that they are all there when the guided play begins. Example:  If the party starts at 3pm, tell guests to arrive at 2:30pm.  Some guests might need to be told earlier!!  During this period, they will complete the online release waivers, receive rules, & put on wristbands. There will be NO rescheduling or repeat play to accommodate late arrivals.
For Speedy Check-In:
Stress to your guests to complete the release waiver online before arriving. An online link is attached to the online invitations we provide once you reserve.  Or direct them to our website to "COMPLETE ONLINE WAIVER NOW" at Play will start on time. Play and table reservation will NOT be extended. There will NOT be an opportunity for last minute food orders. Please plan accordingly.
For Parties that Arrive Late:
We understand things do not always go as planned. Of course, we will do our best to maximize remaining time.  However, because of pre-scheduling of rides and attractions and social distancing, late arrivals will definitely miss out on some of the FUN, which can not be rescheduled or repeated.  We will NOT be able to extend your party time and you will still need to leave at the pre-determined time.
After check-in: 
The LOL host will show you the table. The table is decorated based on the requests you have outlined no later than 3 days before the party.  Your food & beverage order will be placed on your reserved table(s) according to the time established. You can assist the party host by reminding your guests to return to the table immediately after the last attraction to enjoy the food as it is being delivered.  Food that becomes cold can not be reheated or replaced. 
We urge to plan your groups food & drink orders in advance (preferably by confirmation deadline date); however, you may finalize orders no later than check-in.  Be aware that during check-in, the menu options are limited.  Once your session starts, there is no longer an opportunity to order more food and beverages.
**While dining you are responsible for serving your guests food, drinks, and your cake.  Host DO NOT serve or sing "Happy Birthday".  At times there's a DJ entertaining the main party floor and announe the name of your party VIP throughout the duration of the session.
End of Party:  
Your party will be required to vacate the building by the end of the reserved time. Please instruct your guests to gather their belongings to give party staff time to reset for the next party or shutdown for the day. You and your guests cannot relocate to other eating areas or linger in the building.
The cleanup crew will be at your table promptly at the end time of your party to reset for the next party.  If your party remains at the table past your scheduled time, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged $50 for the additional time and you will still be required to leave.  So, please begin the process for vacating your table at least 15 minutes prior.
How far in advance do I need to book a party? 
At least 3 weeks prior is suggested but reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.  Saturdays are typically the busiest play and party days. Peak season (October through April).

Is a deposit REQUIRED for a party?
Yes, a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to make a reservation.  Sorry, no session time is held without a deposit. 
Does the deposit pay for part of the reservation?
Yes, the deposit is deducted from the total cost and the remaining balance due 3 days before your VIP event and at least 1 week for larger sessions. At check-in, you will be required to present the credit card and ID used to reserve your party online. 
Is my Party VIP (guest of honor) included in the base count of players?  
Yes, the guest of honor (Party VIP) needs to be included in the count.
Minimum Guests: All packages are for up to 10 players (remember even adults can be considered players; there's fun for everyone). BUT THERE'S NO MINIMUM.  A family/party of 6 can still reserve the VIP PACK and have the ultimate exclusive experience in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
Maximum Guests:  Maximum capacity 1,100.  Party of 30 or more players will be required to pay in full at least 1 week before the date of the reservation.  Larger player sessions may require earlier confirmation.  Add-on options will still be available no later than check-in but with limited options.
Do I have to pay for adults or kids that are not playing? 
Including yourself, the first 8 non-playing adults receive free entry and seating.  Outside of the first 8 non-players, there is a $2 entrance fee.  You may add on to your reservation or guests can pay their own entry upon arrival. Only infants under the age of 1 years old are allowed to enter for free --  if they are not playing. If added to your reservation seating is guaranteed.
After I book online what happens next?  First you will receive a receipt/confirmation via email that includes the details of your online order.  Check everything to make sure it's correct. If you have any questions, see a discrepancy, or have a request, reply back to your receipt or call to discuss the specifics.
A second email is also sent with more information regarding invitations, release waivers, and info about confirming the final table setup no later than 3 days before the event.
Does the reservation include invitations? Immediately after reserving your event, you will receive an email that can be sent to all your guests as an invitation!  Encourage guests to complete the online waiver BEFORE arriving to ensure faster entry!  All players must complete an online waiver to enter.​  Also, click this link if you would like a hard copy invitation! 
Confirmation Deadline: 
3 days before your reservation, you will be able to FINALIZE the colors for your table setup. Table size is determined by the #of players reserved by the deadline. More players may be added the day of the event; however the table size and number of tables will not change. The #of CONFIRMED non-players/adults will be allowed entry into your party. Once your non-player/adult count has exceeded, each non-player requesting to be admitted to your party will be charged a $2 entry fee.  Larger groups will be require earlier confirmation deadline dates. 
Call the Confirmation Line (301-885-2888 ext 2). Leave a message indicating the date and time of your party.  Provide the player/non-player count, any additional food/beverage orders, table set-up, etc.  Plan accordingly.  The day of the party it is easier to add a chair or two than it would be to add an additional table.  We need to prepare in advance, therefore we need to be as accurate as possible.
How and when is the balance paid?  
The deposit is paid at the time you reserve your party.  The remaining balance is paid no later than your confirmation deadline date. Be sure to arrive to your session with the same credit card you used to reserve online and matching ID.  Your balance may be settled with Cash, Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted.  Gratuities are NOT included in your total cost and can be provided directly to the your Host/Servers as you please.
What's the last day to reduce the player & non-player count or number of VIP Packs?
The designated confirmation deadline date is the latest to decrease additional player and non-player counts or VIP Pack cancellations.
What forms of payment do you take? Do you take checks?
We accept Cash, Visa, and Mastercard. Checks are only accepted from organizations/companies reserving events. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
What is the Refund Policy?
The $75 deposit and any other payments made towards the party are NON-REFUNDABLE.  You are able to credit your party to a different time and date available, if cancellation notice was emailed by confirmation deadline date.

Is there a cancellation fee?  No, there is no fee for canceling your party unless specified. 
Is there a rescheduling fee?  There is a $25 fee for parties rescheduling AFTER THE CONFIRMATION DEADLINE.
What is the Inclement Weather Policy?  All payments made are non-refundable.  In case of inclement weather, please call us immediately and we will be glad to reschedule your party.
MORE FAQs (What I can/cannot bring & more)
Does Laugh Out Loud Stations supply the cake?  Bring your own cake, candles, lighter, and cake cutter.  
Ice cream cakes & other ice cream based or frozen products are prohibited.  If you forget the candles and cake cutter, you can still purchase them while on-site.
Can I bring in my own balloons?  No, Outside balloons are NOT allowed at LOL Stations.
Can I bring in my own food for the party?  Outside food and/or beverages are NOT allowed at LOL Stations.  You can add food and beverages from our menu to satisfy hungry and thirsty players and we recommend pizza, platters, and pitchers.  And for your adult guest, we have wing platters and pizzas you can purchase or refer them to our Fun Food Concession where we have Pizza, Party Wings (sweet chili, mild, and BBQ),  Jumbo Franks, Fries, Pretzels (plain or salty), Nacho Chips & Cheese, and more!
Do I need to bring anything with me? Just a cake, candles, lighter for the candles, and cake cutter.
Do you have goody bags? You are also permitted to bring your own goody bags, but they must be distributed as your guests are leaving and should not be opened while at LOL Stations.  LOL Stations does not supply goody bags.
Prohibited items: No outside food or beverage including alcohol to be brought in or consumed on premise, no outside balloons, no foul or loud offensive language or gestures. etc.  If we see a violation of any of the LOL Stations rules, so as not to offend your guests, the Party Specialist will bring it to your attention to address.  We have found that this works best towards positive outcomes. 
CAKE OR CUPCAKES IS ALLOWED (no ice cream or ice cream-based products)
