5 Stars on YELP! I decided to have my daughter's 9th birthday party here despite the reviews and me not ever stepping foot in this place beforehand. The young lady who checked me in was great. She explained everyhting to me that was in my party package and gave a tour as we walked in. All the rides were working and toddlers in my party had a blast. The host was great. The food was so so to adults but the kids enjoyed. The DJ was doing his thing. I liked the fact I could do atleast a few things with them (rides). The party was on a holiday weekend so it wasnt many parties or people that day which was perfect. Just make sure your ready to pay before you enter ( unlike some places they wait until food is ordered and all guest arrive for you to pay any addons along with your final bill) and they do not have atm on site. Overall we will visit again. Oh and my kid was given some free passes to come back within 30 days and a LOL cup...Keisha R...5/27/19

 

5 Stars on YELP! my sons party was awesome, i had difficulty booking the party due to hours of operations & speaking with different associates, however dealing with desmond having the best costumer service ever, nadia being so professional & very informative, steven being the best hands on manager ever assisting my party, staying on top of my event, checking on us from start to finish, resolving any issues we had & was very friendly. this was the best party ever for my son as we did the fomo package which includes skating, laser tag & all the attractions plus the other amusements.

They were able to run around, play games such as lazer tag etc. Halfway through the party the dj came and set up. For me, he made the party great for the adults. The DJ was GREAT! Our party host (cant remember his name, he was tall and hometown was Georgia) was GREAT. We were instructed to arrive 30 min early and I'm happy we did. The DJ was the great for parents and children. Our host, either twon/quown. I apologize for the misspelling. My 5 year old had so much fun and so did all the guest. 3 Stars on YELP!! The kids absolutely loved the place. I will say that it definitely has everything they could want except face painting I think lol. But really they is a skating rink, lazer tag, rock wall, jungle gym, bumper cars, a couple of other rides, arcade games, a nerf gun sorta battle room, bouncy houses/slides, and a mini ball pit. It was really great for the kids, and for a great price. We bought the YOLO fun pack which included everything except lazer tag for $32, its an unlimited time as well so we stayed for about 4 hours.  We came pretty early, I believe they open at 12pm. We ordered food which took a while to come out, but it was hot and the order was correct. The food was okay I order thai chili wings which were great, and the kids ordered pizza and hot dogs (the hot dog was huge). The kids did not favor the pizza but its not an Italian restaurant ‍. I enjoyed them being ecstatic. I adored the skating rink and the fact that they sanitized the skates each time someone returned them. The concept and layout are amazing! 3 Stars on YELP!!  I went to check this place out to actually see how it was .. it's not bad but it's not the best. Here's why ! If you have a toddler this isn't the place for you . They have maybe 3 things your toddler can actually do ( small ball area with slide and bouncy house,a swing, and rollercoaster ride ). Everything else is for kids over 46 inch tall . My son enjoyed it of course he's older. 4 level playscape ,skating, laser tag ,( basically everything you read ..and a few other attractions that he enjoyed. The price was around 36 for him and 19 for my toddler daughter. You have the choice of renting a lock so you are not carrying your belongings everywhere which I loved vs laying things everywhere and hoping no one steals your things. They also give you 3 dollars back from the initial 5 dollar fee .the food was cool 15 for a pizza and 2 I think for a drink .i went on a Saturday so of course it was 10 birthday parties going on . Only real cons are not enough attractions for toddlers and the amount of kids wasting drinks everywhere and I do mean everywhere.the staff was nice and helpful...Brian D...2/3/2018

I just attended a kid's birthday party here.  Great location, good parking, lots of fun to offer for different ages, walk in party arrangements available with a live dj to boot!  Not as fancy as Chuck E Cheese (CEC isn't fancy, I know) but a step above with bumper cars, wall climbing, bouncy houses with huge slides and the makeshift small dance floor.  All was great, but something was just a little off for me.  I was able to walk in and I was lost among people and children (safety hazard?)  The space is a big open box.  No walls or partitions to separate birthday/eating areas from the next game. Well there were makeshift partitions--chairs or stanchion posts with the retractable belts.  The birthday and eating areas should be separated from the rest of the facility a bit better.  It was hard to tell what was what. I booked a party for my Girl Scouts on Sunday, June 4 and everything was PERFECT. This was my first time coming to LOL. The check in process was easy, the location was perfect and the staff was superb. Everyone was so nice and accommodating.  The girls had a great time. We will definitely be back again. And the food was finished in about 10 minutes...so you know it was great!  Anything we needed the staff provided quickly. The DJ was amazing! The parents had as much fun as the kids. My kids received Groupons for this lol station for Christmas.  However, the expiration for the Groupon was 12/31.  The managers still allowed me to use the Groupon, so 5 stars to them for making the situation right.  A lot of other business owners using Groupon would just say too bad.  The staff in general were very polite and helpful.  A lot of the staff were young and I was pleased I didn't hear any cursing or inappropriate discussions going on... not once :)  If you get there early there seems to be less of a crowd.  You can buy a ride punch card and they allow one week to use it up.  The place is a bit worn looking, but the kids still had fun.  With all the kids running around I thought for sure my kids would be sick the following week, but they weren't.  They must do some cleaning at the lol station because my kids always get sick after we go to children's museums...Kristen D ...2/9/16

 

I would recommend this place for children 4 and up. I would also recommend some kind of parent/child tracking system as some of my party guests were concerned that their child could leave with a stranger. I also wish my party coordinator had checked on us more frequently to make sure we had what we needed. Overall, my 10 year old and her friends had a wonderful party. The DJ was great. For the most part everything was great. For a party with a number of kids, the different wrist bands for different ages & different rides was a bit much. It's perfect for many ages. However, the seating for birthday parties is extremely tight. They should offer more space when you reserve for 15 kids, obviously there would be at least 15 parents...KWilder...1/7/16

 

I was truly impressed by this establishment and the customer service. It's hard to find good customer service these days but the LOL staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and we truly appreciated it. We've thrown our son so many parties at places like Chuck e cheese, pump it up, and similar but LOL Station was definitely the best bang for our bucks and the kids had a ball. They played laser tag, rides, games and climbing in that jungle gym thing. They didn't want to go home! A lot of our guests kept asking us "How did you find this place?" I guess it's like a hidden gem or not getting the exposure it deserves. I'm just really happy to have been able to support a black owned business and still receive a great level of quality service. That's how it's suppose to be. We'll be happy to go there again for fun or for another party! And this is coming from someone who usually doesn't write reviews. Thank you LOL Staff. The party was awesome! Very entertaining place for kids. The only problem we had was there weren't enough attendants to operate the rides or attractions. For some rides we had to wait until an attendant was available before we could get on or the kids could go in to play. Some attendants were operating 2 to 3 rides alone which is inconvenient and not safe. The birthday party tables are also not that spacious. It states it's for 10 Kids and I could barely fit 8. The table space is also very congested. Over all I would go back again....TSpence...1/3/2016

4 Stars on YELP!! I have a 4 year old son and we love this place, from the bumper cars to the rollercoaster and the big playground.  There is so much more for the kids to do. It was our first time going and my son fell in love. He can't stop asking about it.  I love that each activity is spread out so it will not be to crowded. The people that handled our party were really courteous and friendly. Sche was our attendant and booked our party. When we arrived, she immediately told us how everything works, and was extremely helpful throughout our event. I highly recommend lol for a party. 3 Stars on YELP!  I gave it three stars because 6000 is not at the liquor store at the mall it's on the second level of the mall go through the mall out the back door.  Second I suggest you get two table cause one table they offer is  not enough room. They need to offer two tables. Its 50 dollars.  The cashiers was super cool.  Just things wasn't explain clearly enough. They had  DJ I am not sure if he was part of lol or someone party but he arrive 2 hour after my daughter party.  My table was not quite set up.  The order of balloons was incorrectly placed. The place was fun for the kids not bad. Staff was cool not sure why some people had a problem with staff. When you come in go to the cashier and get your ticket n other stuff for your party package.  The seating area can be a little bigger. Overall my party had fun...ArleneT...4/26/15

This is an amazing place for a kid's party or just to go get the kids out of the house for awhile.  LOL recently reopened in a new larger space at the back of the Beltway Plaza Mall and it's got so much to do - bouncers, laser tag, bumper cars.  It's great to have a place like this in the College Park, Greenbelt, Beltsville, Hyattsville area instead of having to drive 30+ minutes for a fun indoor kids activity. You can tell it's family owned because the staff are so friendly and helpful. We have been there several times now and had such a great time we did a birthday party there too. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is right and everyone has fun.  On the weekends, they also have a DJ who plays music and leads games that anyone can participate in.
