To reserve, the customer must pay $125 deposit towards the party pack, which will leave a remaining balance plus service charge, taxes, and any remaining balance due in-store the day of the party at check-in. THE DAY OF THE PARTY YOU MUST USE THE SAME CREDIT CARD WHEN PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE.
Confirmation Deadline Dates (CDD): 3 days before your scheduled event, you must confirm your player count by sending an email to info@lolstations.com. This information is used to determine the number of tables assigned to your event.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: All monies & payments made towards any purchase, is non-refundable. Store credit option available only in a State of Emergency or if emailed 72 hours before the day of your event. Write in the subject "Cancelled Party" with party ID # included. Store credit can be used towards a future reservation or walk-in play packs, but may not be used towards promotional party packs, coupons, or discounts. Prices and packages subject to change without notice. Saturdays are our busiest day, plan accordingly.
