For reservations of 12 or MORE players.  2 Hour party table time! Up to 3 hours play! (ex: Reservation is 2-4pm, table ends at 4pm, and players can stay til 5pm).  Food is delivered approximately 30mins to an hour into the party.  Play time slightly varies for parties reserving the last 2 hours of the day.

Guest Rules & Reminders
You will want to prepare your guests, in advance, that they will be required to:
  • wear a securely fitted face mask at all times!  Be sure to have on one that covers the nose and mouth and won't fall off while playing or riding.  The mask can only be lowered when eating or drinking in the dinning area at your designated table.  No eating or drinking outside of the dinning area.
  • undergo a quick touchless temperature reading.  Those with an elevated temperature will not be allowed to enter. Suggest that adults/parents check temperatures before starting on the way.
  • sanitize hands before and after each attraction OR bring and wear gloves. Suggestion that party moms and dads bring a couple of extra masks and small bottles of sanitizer -- just in case!
  • Parental supervision required for players 12 & under.  Toddlers need parental assistance to play.
  • Rule breakers will be asked to leave or escorted out by mall security.
  • Release waivers required for every player.

RESERVED SEATING
For reservations of 12 or MORE, table size is based on #of players CONFIRMED no later than 3 days before your event.  Each table includes bench seating on both sides and accommodates up to 10 players per table:
 
1-20 CONFIRMED Players = 2 Tables
21-30 CONFIRMED Players = 3 Tables; and so on
Each session includes entry and seating for up to 8 non-players and $2 for each additional Non-player.
There are NO PRIVATE ROOMS.  Multiple reservations are scheduled and occur simultaneously. Should you be interested in adding extra tables to your reservation, requests must be placed no later than 3 days before to guarantee accommodation.  No guarantees day of event.
$35.00 Cleaning/Reset Penalty:  Party Parent/Host must be responsible for their guests' seating. When your guests arrive, be clear that they can only sit at your assigned tables. Please do not have or allow your guests to sit at other party tables or place food or any items on tables that are not reserved for your party. Party parent/host will be warned once, but afterwards a $35 cleaning penalty will be automatically assessed to the credit card on file.  To ensure the neatness, cleanliness, and fairness for each party, please act responsibly and do not encroach on your neighbors party.
Special Note:  Feel free to add an extra table ($50).  If your party remains at the table past your scheduled time, your credit card will be automatically charged $50 for the additional time.  So, please begin the process of vacating your table at least 15 minutes prior.
 
PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION
 
Once you've reserved your event, it's time to:
  • get invitations out and track your responses! Notify guests to arrive 30 mins before your reservation start time to ensure that they are all there when the play begins. Example:  If the party is scheduled to start at 3pm, tell guests to arrive no later than 2:30pm.  Some guests might need to be told earlier!! There will be NO table or play time extensions to accommodate late arrivals.
  • ensure that your guests complete the online waivers in advance -- so as not to delay the immediate start of your party. And the morning of your party, send a final reminder directing them to our website to "COMPLETE ONLINE WAIVER NOW"!
  • share LOL Stations rules for safe play with your guests to ensure a great party experience!  The pandemic forces us ALL to operate differently and everyone must comply.
  • finalize your party/play session on your assigned Confirmation Deadline Date!  Adjust your player and spectator counts, include add-on items, and pay balance to ensure a speedy check in and immediate start of the fun!
THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY
Speedy Check-In:  
You must arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in to ensure that your party starts on time!  And you'll need to present the credit card and ID used to reserve your party online and pay your remaining balance.  Add-on options are limited during check-in.  During check-in, you will be given wristbands and socks to distribute to your players & guests. Meal time takes place about an hour after the party has started and will be coordinated when you check-in.
For Parties that Arrive Late:
We understand things do not always go as planned. Of course, we will do our best to maximize remaining time.  However, late arrivals will definitely miss out on some play time.  However, we will NOT be able to extend your party time and you will still need to leave at the pre-determined time.
 
After check-in:
Plan to enjoy maximum fun as your group and other parties rotate to each of the attractions and rides, eat and celebrate, then depart. 
The LOL reps will show you the table(s), you will be able to leave the cake and any other party items at the table.  NO BALLOONS, confetti, pinatas, or silly string allowed!  And you will not be able to place items or posters on walls.
Your food & beverage order will be placed on your reserved table(s) according to the time established.  Food that becomes cold can not be reheated or replaced. Last minute food orders can be made through the online portal (on your phone) and picked up at the concession counter, but will not guarantee more table time. Please plan accordingly.
**While dining you are responsible for serving your guests food, drinks, and your cake.  Staff DOES NOT serve or sing "Happy Birthday".  At times there is a DJ entertaining the main party floor and announces the name of your party VIP during your dinning session.
Special Note: Additional food preparation and delivery can take as much as 30 minutes, so do your best to plan in advance and place additional orders as soon as you realize you may need more food. Individual guest orders are also made through the online portal (using cell phones) and picked up at the concession counter the day of the event.  Again, placing additional orders will not extend your table reservation time.
End of Party:  
Your party will be required to vacate the tables by the end of the reserved time. Please instruct your guests to gather their belongings to give party staff time to reset for the next group or shutdown for the day. You and your guests cannot relocate to other tables, booths, or eating areas.
 
The cleanup crew will be at your table promptly at the end time of your party to reset for the next party.  If your party remains at the table past your scheduled time, your credit/debit card will be automatically charged $50 for the additional time and you will still be required to leave.  So, please begin the process for vacating your table at least 15 minutes prior.
BOOKING/RESERVATIONS
 
How far in advance do I need to book a party? 
At least 3 weeks prior is suggested but reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.  Saturdays are typically the busiest play and party days. Peak season (October through April).

Is a deposit REQUIRED for a party?
Yes, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to make an event reservation. Sorry, no session time is held without a deposit. 
Does the deposit pay for part of the reservation?
Yes, the deposit is deducted from the total cost and the remaining balance due. At check-in, you will be required to present the credit card and ID used to reserve your party online and pay the remaining balance. 
Is my birthday child (guest of honor) included in the base count of players?  
Yes, the guest of honor needs to be included in the count.
Maximum Guests:  Online reservation capacity is 50 players per Party Pack.  Reservations for more than 30 players will be required to pay in full 10 days before the date of the reservation.  Larger player sessions may require earlier confirmation.  Add-on options will still be available no later than check-in, but with limited options. LOL Stations official capacity is 1,100.
Do I have to pay for adults or kids that are not playing? 
The first 8 non-playing adults receive free entry and seating. Outside of the first 8 non-players, there is a $2 entrance fee.  You may add on to your reservation or guests can pay their own entry upon arrival. Only infants under the age of 1 years old are allowed to enter for free --  if they are not playing. If added to your reservation seating is guaranteed.
After I book online what happens next?  First you will receive a receipt/confirmation via email that includes the details of your online order.  Check everything to make sure it's correct. If you have any questions, see a discrepancy, or have a request, reply back to your receipt. A second email is also sent with confirmation reminders and important information regarding your upcoming event.

Does the reservation include invitations? Immediately after reserving your event, you will be able to send an E-VITE to your guests! Click here for instructions!  Encourage guests to also complete the online waiver BEFORE arriving to ensure faster entry!  All players must complete an online waiver to enter.​  Also, click this link if you would like a hard copy invitation! 
Confirmation Deadline:  You are scheduled to email LOL Stations 3 days before the party to update the changes AND even the day of the party you have a chance to switch or add-on play....So don't stress about choosing the right ones!  But, please make sure you include a good contact number in your email, in case we need to speak to you.
 
Payment for remaining balance is due at check-in along with any other updates or changes.  Please plan accordingly.  The day of the party it is easier to add a chair or two than it would be to add an additional table.  We need to prepare in advance, therefore you need to be as accurate as possible.  
 
For parties of 12 or MORE players, number of tables included is determined by the #of players reserved by the deadline. More players may be added the day of the event; however the table size and number of tables will not change. The #of CONFIRMED non-players/adults will be allowed entry into your party. Once your non-player/adult count has exceeded, each non-player requesting to be admitted to your party will be charged a $2 entry fee.
  
BILLING/PAYMENT
How and when is the balance paid?  
The 50% deposit or full payment is made at the time you reserve your party online.  The remaining balance is paid at check-in the day of your event. Be sure to arrive to your session with the same credit card you used to reserve online and matching ID.  Your balance may be settled with CREDIT/DEBIT CARD and cash.  No personal checks will be accepted.  Gratuities are NOT included in your total cost and can be provided directly to the your Host/Servers as you please.  Cash tipping preferred.
What's the last day to reduce the player & non-player count or number of VIP Packs?
3 Days before your party is the designated confirmation deadline date!  You must send an email or leave a voice message by your confirmation deadline as the latest to decrease additional player and non-player counts or cancellations. 
What forms of payment do you take? Do you take checks?
We accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARD and cash only. No personal checks will be accepted.  Gratuities are NOT included in your total cost and can be provided directly to the your Host/Servers as you please.  Cash tipping preferred.  Checks are only accepted from organizations/companies events.
What is the Refund Policy?
The 50% deposit and any other payments made towards the party are NON-REFUNDABLE.  You are able to credit your party to a different time and date available, if cancellation notice was emailed by confirmation deadline date.

Is there a cancellation fee?  No, there is no fee for canceling your party unless specified. 
 
Is there a rescheduling fee?  There is a $25 fee for parties rescheduling AFTER THE CONFIRMATION DEADLINE.
 
What is the Inclement Weather Policy?  All payments made are non-refundable.  In case of inclement weather, please call us immediately and we will be glad to reschedule your party.
MORE FAQs (What I can/cannot bring & more)
 
Can I bring in decorations and paper products?  You may bring supplies for the table ONLY.  Arrive at least 30 minutes before your event to set-up.  No balloons, piñatas, confetti, or items that need to be hung on the ceiling or walls.  No large displays that will interfere with the customers travelling safely and comfortably throughout the facility. 
Does Laugh Out Loud Stations supply the cake?  No. Bring your own cake, candles, lighter, and cake cutter.  Ice cream cakes & other ice cream based or frozen products are prohibited.  If you forget the candles and cake cutter, you can still purchase them while on-site.
Can I bring in my own balloons?  No. Outside balloons are NOT allowed at LOL Stations.
Can I bring in my own food for the party?  Outside food and/or beverages are NOT allowed at LOL Stations.  You can add food and beverages from our menu to satisfy hungry and thirsty players and guests and recommend pizza, wing and nacho/cheese platters, and pitchers. Guests be able to purchase their own food using the online ordering menu only!  So, plan accordingly.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Just a cake, candles, lighter for the candles, and cake cutter.
Do you have goody bags? You are also permitted to bring your own goody bags, but they must be distributed as your guests are leaving and should not be opened while at LOL Stations.  LOL Stations does not supply goody bags.
Prohibited items: No outside food or beverage including alcohol to be brought in or consumed on premise, no outside balloons, no foul or loud offensive language or gestures. etc.  If we see a violation of any of the LOL Stations rules, so as not to offend your guests, the Party Specialist will bring it to your attention to address.  We have found that this works best towards positive outcomes.
