NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED. NO BALLOONS, PINATAS, CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, OR ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE HUNG ON THE CEILING OR THE WALLS.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: All monies & payments made towards any purchase, is non-refundable. Store credit option available only in a State of Emergency or if emailed 72 hours before the day of your event. Write in the subject "Cancelled Party" with party ID # included. Store credit can be used towards a future reservation or walk-in play pack, but may not be used towards promotional party packs, coupons, or discounts. Prices and packages subject to change without notice. Saturdays are our busiest day, plan accordingly.
