  • We collect personal information when you provide it through website forms, emails, and offline interactions.

  • SMS name and phone numbers collected for communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.

  • Message frequency may vary between 3 and 5 depending on the type of communication per reservation. 

  • Data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan.

  • You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to any text message you already received, contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list at 301/885-2888, or choose NOT to check the SMS consent box on our online form on our website

SMS/Texting Terms & Conditions:

1- SMS Consent Communication: Name, phone numbers, and emails obtained as part of the SMS consent process will NOT be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2- Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from LOL Stations, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Event or Walk-in Play and scheduling information.

  • Follow-up messages to confirm events, orders, check-in times, and satisfaction.

  • Billing notifications, payment reminders, and confirmation.

  • Employee recruitment and scheduling.

Example: "Hi! This is ### from LOL Stations. Sorry to have missed your call. I tried calling back, but couldn’t connect with you. Would texting be better? How can I help you?" Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging. Or HELP for assistance."

Example: "Greetings! Thanks for your interest in joining us at Laugh Out Loud Stations. Sorry we missed your call.  We recently responded and left a message. We are in Greenbelt, MD and have Laser Tag, Skating, Carnival Rides, and more amazing family fun for all ages toddlers to adults. Below, I have provided the link to our information pages: General admission, https://www.lolstations.com/admissions; Party Info, https://www.lolstations.com/parties; Hours, https://www.lolstations. Kind regards. Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging. Or HELP for assistance."

Example: "Hello. It’s ### at LOL Stations! I received your voicemail regarding interest in employment. After you go to www.lolstations.com/employment to fill out an application, a manager will call you for an interview if there is a need for employees. Thank you for your interest! Reply STOP to opt-out of SMS messaging. Or HELP for assistance."

3- Message Frequency:  Depending on the type of communication, you may receive 3 to 5 SMS messages per reservation related to your payment/receipt, check-in information you will need while visiting (like campsite number, WiFi access codes, etc.) and check-out information.

Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive 3 to 5 SMS messages depending on the type of communication regarding your reservation."

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:  Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5- Opt-In Method:  You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from LOL Stations in the following ways:

  • Verbally, during a conversation

  • When making a reservation online

  • By submitting an online form on our website and checking the Opt-In consent box.

6- Opt-Out Method:  You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply:

  • Reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive.

  • Contact us directly at 301/885-2888 to request removal from our messaging list.  

  • You can choose NOT to check the SMS consent box on our online form on our website

7- Help:  If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly by calling or texting 301/885-2888 or Contact Us online!
